Step #1. Estimate your yearly purchases.
This should be the annual volume that you could buy factory direct.

Step #2. Estimate the number of your referrals that can purchase an equal amount or more than you can.
This should be an estimated number of people that you think that you could refer to this web site, and that could buy as much as you or more than you from this web site.

Step #3. On active 1st level referrals, FactoryConnections.com will pay you 2% commission on their purchases.
This is a commission that you receive on all of your first level referrals. First level referrals are people that you refer to this web site that have not referred anyone else. After they refer others, you will not receive the 2% of their purchases, but you will receive .2% of what they purchase and also .2% commission on the people that they refer, for a total of five levels. An active referral must be someone that you have referred that has purchased products from this web site within the last 6 months. If you refer individuals that only refer others for you, you will receive a commission for their referrals' purchases but they do not count as your first level referrals. If one or your referrals starts purchasing again even if it has been over 6 months, then he will be reactivated as one of your first level referrals.

Step #4. If you have 3 or more active 1st. Level referrals, FactoryConnections.com will then also pay you 2% on your own purchases.
After you have 3 or more first level referrals, then FactoryConnections.com will also pay you 2% on your own purchases. This can be a very large amount, if you have 3 referrals that are purchasing as much as you, then this would be the same as getting an additional discount of 8% on the products that you purchase. If you calculate your net cost for the products that you purchase with this additional commission, you will have such a good price that you should be able to increase your volume dynamically.

Step #5. This is your total commission if none of your referrals have referrals.
This is the total of your sales added to the total sales of the people that you referred times 2%. Remember that if you do not have and keep at least 3 or more first level referrals you do not receive the 2% on your own purchases.

Step #6. When your referrals refer others they will receive the 2% of their purchases and you will receive .2% overall for all 5 levels.

3. Vendor Referrals: FactoryConnections.com will also pay a commission for referrals of vendors and manufacturers. This referral must include information that can help FactoryConnections.com add new products to the FactoryConnections.com web site If you have a personal reference or connection to a manufacturer that can pass FactoryConnections.com's quality standards and has the manufacturing capacity and good pricing, please send us this information. If you're instrumental in adding this vendor, we will pay you a commission on all purchases from this vendor to all customers. Contact FactoryConnections.com for complete details.

4. Commission Calculations: Commissions will be credited to your FactoryConnections.com account. You can use your commissions to apply to your next orders or you can request FactoryConnections.com to transfer your commissions to your bank account. These commissions are calculated when the order is placed and then credited to your account when the invoice is paid. You will not be able to apply an expected commission to your invoice for the products that you purchase.

5. Commissions Paid: You will be able to see your commission statement by reviewing your FactoryConnections.com account at any time. To transfer your commissions you will need to send a request form to FactoryConnections.com. Commissions will be paid not more than once each month.

6. Transfers: You may transfer to another sponsor by opening another account using the authorization number of your preferred sponsor, however, if you make this change you will not be able to transfer your referrals and you would not receive any commissions due for your former referrals.

7. Selling Commissions: You may transfer or sell your commission referrals to anyone with FactoryConnections.com's approval. All such transfers must be sent in to FactoryConnections.com by e-mail and you must give complete information for the transfer. Any account that is to be transferred must be in good standing.

8. Requirements: To remain in good standing you must (at least once every 6 months) do only one of the following: (a) buy something from FactoryConnections.com, (b) refer at least one new person that opens an account, (c) or at least you must access your account. If you are not in good standing your account will be discontinued and you will forfeit any commissions that are due or that may become due to you and if you decide to become active again you can open a new account.

9. Non Commission Items: FactoryConnections.com will not pay Commission on certain low profit items and fright. Some items may require FactoryConnections.com to reduce the amount of the commission in order to compete. These may be the large volume commodity type products.

10. Charge Backs: FactoryConnections.com reserves the right to require any past due invoices to be paid before any commission is credited to your FactoryConnections.com account. Any checks or bank drafts returned to FactoryConnections.com must be paid in full including any service charges before any commissions are paid.

11. Control: FactoryConnections.com reserves the right to limit the number or stop paying commission for adding new referrals. FactoryConnections.com reserves the right to change the commission formulas, and/or commission rules. All commissions pad by FactoryConnections.com are to be calculated and controlled solely by FactoryConnections.com. All commissions are "at-will" and FactoryConnections.com in it's sole discretion shall have total control as to the calculation methodology of all referral commissions and all payments that are made will be the sole discretion of FactoryConnections.com. If any commission is contested in any court having jurisdiction over any matter dealing with these commissions, then all commissions claimed will be forfeited. FactoryConnections.com may terminate this agreement in its sole discretion and with or without cause.
